Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, and all original tags and hangtags must be intact. This means the item has not been washed or worn, and the plastic packaging has not been removed or damaged.
Items showing wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping: Please use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it. The refund will be returned to the original payment account within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of the refund.

Personalized Items: Customized jerseys are non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Team Changes: We are not responsible for player transfers, number changes, or team crest updates after printing.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Fpdop is not responsible for returned items lost in transit or any additional costs incurred as a result. We recommend using trackable and insured shipping methods.
Return Abuse Policy: To maintain the integrity of our return policy and ensure fair use of our services by all customers, Luxevaultss monitors return activity. Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or suspected abuse of the free returns policy may result in the following consequences:
Restriction or suspension of return rights.
Refusal of future transactions.
Account review and possible closure.
We will notify customers if there are any issues with their returns. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against any abuse of the returns policy.
International Returns
Customs and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or other charges incurred upon return.
Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Processing Time: Due to international shipping, refund processing may take longer.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. For the fastest service, simply return your item according to the return process and place an order for a new item.
This is the most efficient way to exchange items due to the time required for international shipping; otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item you request will be in stock when we receive your return.
Reshipment Policy (Regarding Size Issues):
You only need to pay the corresponding shipping fee to receive the new item; no return of the original item is required.
